Sydney Quantity Surveyors is a practice of chartered quantity surveyors and cost managers advising on capital works across New South Wales and the eastern seaboard.
Our Sydney quantity surveying practice
From our office at Level 1, 44 Martin Place, we provide measurement, estimating and contract commercial services to developers, head contractors, government agencies, financiers and asset owners.
Our directors are chartered members of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and work to the ANZ Standard Method of Measurement and the International Cost Management Standard.
We deliberately keep teams small and senior. The director who prices your project is the same person who attends your project control group and defends the number when it is tested.
