Sydney Quantity Surveyors ("we", "us", "our") is a chartered quantity surveying practice at Level 1, 44 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect personal information you give us directly — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and details of the project you are enquiring about — when you submit an enquiry form, email us or engage us for a commission.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, to keep the website secure and understand how it is used.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare fee proposals, deliver quantity surveying and cost management services, manage our client relationships, meet professional and legal obligations, and improve our website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
